“Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Business, pre-demo investigations were being launched into the violations of the regulations and customs of war (Parts 1, 2 of Artwork. 438 of the Prison Code of Ukraine),” the Prosecutor General’s Business posted on Telegram.
